Work with me
The work may begin with one decision, goal or difficult situation. You will gain a deeper understanding of yourself and what you need, make clearer decisions, take action and learn from the outcome. Each time you follow that process, you strengthen your self-trust and your ability to create change in other areas of your life.

The value of the work
Make the decision you have been postponing. Have the conversation you have been avoiding. Set a boundary, follow through on a goal, interrupt a pattern or respond differently when the same challenge returns.
The work does not stay inside the session. You practise it, apply it and carry it into the rest of your life.
Coaching options
Sessions are available online, with in-person sessions offered by arrangement in select locations.

Coaching support
Work through one immediate decision, problem, difficult conversation or next step.
Coaching support
Turn a decision or goal into action, follow through and return to consider the outcome and determine what comes next.
Coaching support
Work on a pattern, transition or meaningful goal over three months. Take action between sessions, learn from what happens and make changes you can sustain.
What is included
Every session begins with what matters to you that day. Together, we clarify what you want from the conversation and explore the situation without rushing toward an answer.
You leave with greater clarity about what you have discovered and, when appropriate, an action or next step that belongs to you.
Your time and attention are focused on what you want to work through.
Insight can become a decision, an experiment, a conversation or an action.
Coaching remains within its professional scope, with confidentiality and expectations discussed clearly.
With multi-session coaching, you have time to apply what you discover and learn from what happens. I also welcome short texts between sessions when necessary.
From insight to change
Pay attention to what is happening beneath the immediate problem: what you need, what matters to you and what may be keeping you stuck.
Decide what you want to do with what you have discovered. That might mean taking action, having a conversation, setting a boundary or trying something differently.
Notice what happens next. What worked? What didn’t? What did you learn about yourself? Bring that understanding into the next decision you face.
